Where there is a Will

Following the death of a loved one, there are necessary administrative processes that need to be actioned in order to finalise their estate. We understand that this can be a difficult task when you are caring for yourself and loved ones at a time of grief.

Our team will guide you, as the executor, through the probate process, during which the Court confirms the validity of the will and the executor’s power to deal with the assets and liabilities of the estate.

If there is no known Will

Should the estate not be governed by a will, we can advise and assist you and your family on the process for applying to the court for Letters of Administration.
