From 1 July 2019, we implemented electronic contracting for all clients who requested it.

On 1 June 2020, ACT has passed legislation implementing the Electronic Conveyancing National Law and digitising the Land Titles Register.

Canberrans will soon be able to experience the delightful convenience of electronic settlements in their property transactions!

The MLG conveyancing gurus are itching to convert all new files to digital and bring ACT processes in line with our very efficient NSW practice.
