From 1 July 2019, we implemented electronic contracting for all clients who requested it.

On 1 June 2020, ACT legislation commenced that implemented the Electronic Conveyancing National Law and allowed for digitisation of the Land Titles Register.

Canberrans will soon be able to experience the delightful convenience of electronic settlements in their property transactions!
