This is a related party loan, generally suitable for use:

• Between related entities within a group

• Where a Guarantor is required
• Where security is required over the assets of the Borrower, eg by way of a General Security Agreement or mortgage over real property
• In any jurisdiction in Australia

This loan is not suitable:

• For Div7A loans for 7 years or less
• For Div7A years for between 7 and 20 years
• For secured debt arrangements
• Where mezzanine terms are required
• For advance limits in excess of $5M (please seek our further advice)
• For unrelated parties (please seek our further advice)

By completing and submitting this form, whether for yourself or for a client:

• You are instructing us to undertake legal services for the client
• You agree to the Price
• Where the documents are for a client, your firm guarantees the payment of the Price, if the client does not pay our invoice within terms
